Prices exclude applicable taxes. Data cleanup, deduplication, manual entry, historical reconstruction, document migration, non-standard conversion, custom integrations, on-site work and additional training are scoped separately at $175 CAD per hour or a fixed fee approved before work begins.

Can we keep our current tax and accounting software?
Yes. AXSORT is positioned as an operational layer. Exact imports, integrations and scope are confirmed during discovery.
What counts as a staff account?
Each named team member with internal firm access requires a staff account. Client portal users do not count as staff accounts.
Do our records need to be perfect?
No. Standard onboarding includes importing client and corporation master records supplied in clean, structured, machine-readable files. Records do not need to be perfect, but extensive cleanup and deduplication are outside standard onboarding.
Can Ask AXSORT give tax advice?
No. Its controlled early-access role is client information and workflow guidance. Advice, uncertainty and exceptions escalate to a professional.
What happens after the first year?
The founding rate becomes $250 CAD per firm per month after the first 12 months, plus any additional staff accounts, unless the signed agreement states otherwise.
Is every migration included?
No. Standard onboarding does not promise migration of every document, email, note, task or historical workflow. Manual reconstruction, document migration, non-standard conversion and other additional implementation work are estimated and approved before billing begins.
